About The Position

Emplify Health is seeking a Master's prepared Therapist to join our Integrated Care team as a 0.8 - 1.0 FTE Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) in our Onalaska Complex Care Services clinic. The role involves flexible schedules of 32-40 hours per week, focusing on brief, problem-focused, real-time assessments and interventions for co-morbid health and mental health problems. Participants will also engage in the development and implementation of BHC-specific clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives related to the integration of Behavioral Health into Primary Care. You will join a supportive and collegial team of Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychologists and Therapists. Requirements

Masters degree and licensure as LPC or LCSW
License eligible in the state of Wisconsin
Flexible, team-oriented, high-energy and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.

Participation in development and implementation of BHC specific clinical protocols, and quality improvement initiatives regarding system wide integration of Behavioral Health into Primary Care
Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician.
Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.
Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all clinicians.
