The Behavioral Health CNA performs basic nursing care procedures under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. This role involves following a treatment plan designed to meet the appropriate age, needs, and abilities of each resident/patient. Responsibilities include assisting with meals and nourishments, transferring using proper body mechanics and appropriate assistive devices, ambulations, bathing, toileting, and dressing and grooming.
