About The Position

Join us at our 20-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital dedicated to
geriatric psychiatric care. We’re looking for passionate CNAs who want to make a
difference in the lives of patients with mental and cognitive health conditions.

Be part of a team dedicated to improving behavioral health one patient at a
time. Our hospital is co-located with NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights, allowing
for integrated, comprehensive care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Active CNA certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year experience in geriatric behavioral health (preferred)
• Basic computer skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support RNs and providers in delivering high-quality psychiatric care
• Provide direct patient interaction and engagement
• Assist with individual and group activities
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Monitor and report on patient mental and physical health
• Conduct therapeutic groups for geriatric patients
