As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, administer mental health, substance use, and trauma screenings, and provide psychoeducation about resources and recommendations. You will prepare summary reports for referring professionals and assist in coordinating care for youth involved in the juvenile justice and/or human service systems. The role involves acting as a neutral entity, providing information on community agencies, and representing the JAC at various community events, which may occur outside regular business hours. The team emphasizes self-care, reliability, open communication, and mutual support, valuing Belonging, Excellence, Collaboration, and Service.
