Requirements

Master's Degree and provisional licensure in Missouri.
Valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and be insurable.
Basic computer skills including Office 365 and an electronic medical record.

Responsibilities

Be part of treatment court team that helps individuals in recovery
Provide consumer-driven substance use and mental health services (individual, group, and family therapy; skills and educational groups) to adults
Promote the recovery model of treatment including harm-reduction, trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness and spirituality/connectedness.
Refer and link clients to community resources.
Provide services in the community as needed.
Demonstrate skill building in evidence based practices such as trauma-informed care (TIC), development stages, Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET).
