About The Position
Responsible for the clinical assessment and outpatient treatment for patients seeking mental health treatment. Serves as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
Requirements
- Masters Degree or five-year program in a mental health discipline.
- License eligible.
- Must be licensed by the state of New Hampshire to perform mental health practice within two years of hire date.
Nice To Haves
- At least two years practicing mental health counseling preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conducts bio-psycho-social mental health assessments of patients and develops patient-centered treatment plans.
- Administers direct patient care.
- Participates in education and training of Behavioral Health Interns and Family Medicine Residents.
- Documents care provided according to Medicare and other compliance standards, and CHMG and practice standards.
- Monitors schedule in order to maximize patient access.
