About The Position

At Father Joe’s Villages, behavioral health care is more than treatment - it is an opportunity to help individuals heal, rebuild stability, and move toward a more hopeful future. Many of the individuals we serve have experienced homelessness, trauma, mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and other complex challenges requiring compassionate, coordinated care. Our Behavioral Health Clinic provides integrated, client-centered services that meet individuals where they are and support their journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being. As a Behavioral Health Clinician II, you will provide meaningful clinical care to individuals who may face significant barriers to accessing behavioral health services while partnering with medical providers, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to address the whole person - not just a diagnosis. This is an advanced clinical role within a fast-paced, integrated healthcare environment. Successful clinicians are compassionate, clinically skilled professionals who thrive in collaborative settings and are comfortable working with individuals experiencing moderate to complex behavioral health needs. Success in this role means using sound clinical judgment to provide assessments, evidence-based therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination while building trusting therapeutic relationships. You will help clients engage in treatment, navigate barriers, and achieve meaningful outcomes through trauma-informed and person-centered care.
