Children's Minnesota is seeking a Casual Behavioral Health Clinician (psychologist or LICSW) to join the Integrated Behavioral Health team in their primary care clinics around the Twin Cities metro area. Children's Health Network is a clinically integrated network consisting of independent physician owned and Children’s Minnesota owned primary and specialty care practices. The Behavioral Health Clinicians are psychologists, social workers, and counselors who work closely with primary care providers to provide coordinated, convenient, cost-effective behavioral health services for children and adolescents at their primary care clinics. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment, providing impactful mental health support to children and families within a primary care setting. As an integrated part of the clinical care team, the Behavioral Health Clinician provides short term mental health services, consultation, brief assessments, and treatment planning with children and their families. The casual position would be needed when one of the Behavioral Health Clinicians is out for an extended or intermittent leave. This could range from 2 weeks to 5 months. Coverage needs may range from 1 day per week to as many as 8 to 12 per month.
