Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of clinical programming and services.
  • Provide clinical leadership, direction, consultation, and assistance to clinical staff and treatment team members.
  • Perform intake evaluations, assessments, and direct clinical services as needed based on program needs and professional credentials.
  • Provide clinical supervision to staff when appropriately licensed, credentialed, and assigned.
  • Monitor clinical documentation, treatment planning, service delivery, and recordkeeping practices to ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care.
  • Oversee quality improvement and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities related to clinical services and documentation.
  • Maintain communication with referral sources, managed care organizations, community partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, utilization management activities, and interdisciplinary planning processes.
  • Assist with staff development, orientation, training, coaching, and ongoing clinical support.
  • Promote compliance with applicable licensing regulations, accreditation standards, organizational policies, and professional practice standards.
  • Demonstrate skill and support staff competence in areas including HIPAA, patient rights, abuse reporting, universal precautions, medication management, CPR, fire safety, age-related competencies, and workplace conduct standards.
  • Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information.
  • Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
