Requirements

  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT
  • Master's Degree in Human Services or related field and LCSW, LPC

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact as applicable.
  • Oversee program development, implementation and evaluation.
  • Perform intake evaluations and direct patient services as needed.
  • Provide clinical supervision to subordinates according to credentialing and training guidelines.
  • Oversee all documentation and CQI activities.
  • Maintain contact with referral sources and managed care organizations.
  • Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information
  • Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
