Requirements
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Master's Degree in Human Services or related field and LCSW, LPC
Responsibilities
- Facilitates all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact as applicable.
- Oversee program development, implementation and evaluation.
- Perform intake evaluations and direct patient services as needed.
- Provide clinical supervision to subordinates according to credentialing and training guidelines.
- Oversee all documentation and CQI activities.
- Maintain contact with referral sources and managed care organizations.
- Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information
- Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
- Other duties as assigned.
