Relief Mental Health was founded in February of 2020. Within these 6 years, we have expanded to 12 new offices across Illinois, Wisconsin, New Jersey, and now Colorado! We aim to create a new standard for mental health care, offering a continuum of innovative therapeutic interventions and responding to evolving patient needs. Clinical Assistants are a critical part of delivering exceptional patient care and serve as a key support system for both patients and providers. Their in-office presence is essential to ensuring smooth clinic operations, positive patient experiences, and the successful delivery of care across all modalities. This role works alongside our providers to support patient care and clinic workflow, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato, Medication Management, and IV Ketamine. Clinical Assistants are responsible for assisting with both clinical and administrative duties, helping to create a streamlined, efficient, and patient-centered experience from intake through ongoing treatment. Successful Clinical Assistants are team-oriented, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care while supporting the overall success of the clinic.
