About The Position

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Behavioral Health team in Conway. This role involves supporting patients on their journey to better health and being part of a team that cares about the community. The Behavioral Health Case Manager Nurse plays a vital role in coordinating care and supporting patients across the continuum, working closely with behavioral health providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A heart for patient care and community health
• Subject to drug and alcohol testing per company policy and state law
• Marijuana (including medical marijuana), illegal substances, and misuse of prescription medications are prohibited

Nice To Haves

• Previous nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting providers with patient care and clinical procedures
• Providing direct patient services, including assessments and interventions
• Coordinating care plans and connecting patients with essential resources
• Supporting patients and families in achieving and maintaining optimal wellness
• Performing nursing procedures within the Arkansas scope of practice
• Collaborating with a compassionate, team-focused clinical staff
