The Behavioral Health Associates are essential to providing the highest quality of care, working on the front lines to set the standard for safety and comfort. This role involves direct patient care, monitoring physical and emotional conditions, and corresponding with nursing staff to report on patient progress and ensure treatment goals are met. Associates will also assist with educational and rehab groups focused on behavioral skills to help patients assimilate back into daily life, acting as a guide through activities that track treatment goals towards recovery. This position is vital in fulfilling our mission of providing individualized, quality care that helps patients regain hope. We are seeking a nurturing, caring team player passionate about the behavioral healthcare industry.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Full vaccination for COVID-19 per local, state and federal laws and or regulations. A medical or religious exemption is available.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with patients and monitor their physical and emotional condition on a regular basis.
• Correspond with nursing staff to report on patient progress to ensure each individual is meeting their treatment goals.
• Assist with educational and rehab groups that allow patients to work on various behavioral skills.
• Lead patients through activities meant to progressively track their treatment goals on their way to recovery.
