Behavioral Health Associate - Part-Time Nights/Weekends
About The Position
Coachella Valley Behavioral Health is a NEW, state-of-the-art inpatient facility in Indio, California. We provide clinically excellent treatment for adults who are struggling with mental health concerns and substance use disorders. Located in Indio, California, Coachella Valley Behavioral Health is the only facility of its kind in the area, and we are proud to provide services for those in need of effective behavioral healthcare. This role involves purpose-driven work, helping to ensure patient safety and support healing in an environment grounded in empathy, teamwork, and accountability. The facility offers growth and stability within one of the nation's largest behavioral health networks, with clear paths for advancement and skill development. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
- First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred
