About The Position

Branches Portland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. The Outpatient Tech position is a support services role. A good candidate is one with behavioral healthcare experience, direct patient/customer service experience, administrative and computer capabilities. The work location for this position is: 1815 SW Marlow Ave, Suite 218, Portland, OR 97225

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 1-2 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Orienting new clients to the outpatient program
• Providing explanations on consent paperwork/HIPAA/etc.
• Phone coverage
• Scheduling appointments
• Front desk coverage
• Completing UAs
• Providing basic support services to patients (i.e. scheduling, questions, case management, etc.)
• Administrative support
• Some medical record functions
