Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Assessment Clinician to join our remote, multidisciplinary team. In this specialized role, you will exclusively provide behavioral health assessments and intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and their families, with a primary focus on ADHD and anxiety. You’ll gather and synthesize clinical information, evaluate diagnostic criteria and functional impairment, identify safety concerns and relevant differential diagnoses, and help families understand the most appropriate next steps in care. This role is designed for clinicians who enjoy the assessment and diagnostic process, can quickly develop rapport with children and caregivers, and are skilled at distilling complex clinical information into clear, actionable recommendations. This position does not include an ongoing individual therapy caseload or routine group facilitation. Instead, you’ll develop deep expertise in assessment and serve as an important entry point into Clarity’s multidisidisciplinary care model.
