Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (NDTC) is seeking a Behavioral Consultant (BC) to join our Community-Based Intensive Treatment (CBIT for Kids) program. This is an innovative, multidisciplinary model designed to provide intensive, family-centered behavioral health services in home, school, and community settings. Unlike traditional IBHS roles, this position does not include supervision of Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs). Instead, the Behavioral Consultant serves as a direct clinician and treatment lead, responsible for assessment, intervention implementation, and coordination of care within a collaborative team. The BC works closely with a Blended Case Manager (BCM), outpatient therapist/clinician, psychiatric provider, and wellness nurse to deliver integrated, high-quality care that reduces hospitalization risk and improves functioning across environments.
