About The Position

Right at Home of Salt Lake is seeking a Caregiver with experience in behavioral care for a specific assignment with a male client. The schedule is approximately two hours on weekend evenings (starting Friday) from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with some flexibility. The company is committed to helping seniors and adults with disabilities live safely and comfortably in their own homes, and this role offers the chance to improve lives daily. Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience with dementia or behavioral care.
Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Responsibilities

Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assisting with personal hygiene needs such as peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, and brief changes.
Maintaining a safe environment through light housekeeping.
Preparing nutritious meals tailored to client needs.
Offering transportation to appointments or outings.
Providing medication reminders to support health management.
Ensuring clients receive attentive, compassionate care that promotes comfort, independence, and overall well-being.

Benefits

Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification)
Minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate : $17.00/hour
Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
