About The Position
Join the LBC Mortgage Team – We're Hiring! As LBC Mortgage continues to expand and support new initiatives, we're excited to hire Behavior Therapists for one of our growing projects in the Los Angeles area. If you're passionate about working with children, staying active, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you! In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, using movement, sports, and play-based activities to support their physical, behavioral, and social development. You'll collaborate with families and a dedicated team to create a positive, engaging, and supportive experience for every child.
Requirements
- Experience working with children.
- Background in Behavior Therapy, Psychology, Education, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sports, movement, and helping children succeed.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with special needs or neurodiverse children.
- Fluency in Russian or Spanish.
