About The Position

The Behavior Therapist will deliver 10-40 hours per week of 1:1 hours, meet clinical competencies through assessment and observation by the Developmental Supervisor and BCBA, and maintain professional relationships with parents/guardians and all other staff members. This role involves maintaining data regarding programs, setting up maintenance and generalization when programs are completed in teaching phases, creating, gathering, organizing and/or maintaining stimuli, and ensuring all paperwork is up to date.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must submit to and pass a background check
• Be willing to work in schools, homes, and our clinic
• Be able to follow written behavior plans and take feedback
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor’s preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, but not required
• CPR certification preferred, but not required
