As a Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Therapist at RISE UP FOR AUTISM, you will have the chance to work directly with children on the autism spectrum, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies to help them develop social, communication, and behavioral skills. Your role will be crucial in promoting their independence and enabling them to reach their full potential. This position offers a competitive pay rate, reflecting your qualifications and experience. You will also receive ongoing training and support from our team of experts in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily involve working directly with children on the autism spectrum to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions, collect data on behavior progress, and assist with skill acquisition in areas such as communication, social interactions, and daily living skills. You will collaborate and communicate with a team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to ensure consistency and effectiveness in treatment plans. Your role will also involve maintaining a safe and supportive environment for the children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for accurately documenting and reporting on each session's progress.
