InBloom Autism Services is hosting an IN-PERSON ABA Hiring Event to hire Behavior Therapists (BT), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Student Analysts, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) at our Rocky Hill Learning Center in Connecticut. This event will include a full interview with a member of our Clinical Team to discuss the position and determine whether this is the right fit for you! Requirements

  • MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
  • ALL POSITIONS ARE FULLY ON-SITE AT THE CENTER YOU CHOOSE
  • Behavior Therapist: High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Registered Behavior Technician(RBT): High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Student Analyst: Designed for individuals pursuing a Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field who are within six months of sitting for the BCBA exam.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA): Candidates must hold a BCBA certification, demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and adhere to ethical and HIPAA standards while working collaboratively with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Behavior Therapist: Paid on-the-job training to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate with full support from our clinicians.
  • Registered Behavior Technician(RBT): RBT Rise Program, where you will have the opportunity to bloom your career with us!
  • Student Analyst: Designed for individuals pursuing a Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field who are within six months of sitting for the BCBA exam. Expected to sit for the BCBA exam within three months of completing the program, successfully complete the BCBA interview process, and commit to one year in a BCBA role upon receiving an offer.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA): The BCBA is responsible for overseeing ABA services. This role includes supervising and mentoring RBTs, conducting competencies, reviewing session documentation, and providing ongoing feedback to support staff development and performance. Candidates must hold a BCBA certification, demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and adhere to ethical and HIPAA standards while working collaboratively with clients, families, and team members.
