As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Gracent Pediatric Therapy, you will work one-on-one with autistic children aged 2–12. You will implement therapy plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and serve as a consistent, supportive presence in each child's day. The role involves spending the majority of the day actively engaged with children, often on your feet. This entry-level position does not require prior clinical experience but seeks individuals who are good with children, remain calm under pressure, and are interested in a career in behavioral health, child psychology, education, or therapy. Gracent Pediatric Therapy practices assent-based, neuroaffirming care, prioritizing the child's lead, boundaries, and trust-building before skill development. You will collaborate with occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists in an interdisciplinary setting.
