About The Position

Therapy & Beyond is seeking passionate individuals for a Behavior Technician role, focusing on providing 1:1 naturalistic play-based therapy within a clinic setting. This position involves working with individuals with special needs, particularly those on the Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role offers full-time opportunities at our McKinney clinic, with a Monday-Friday schedule. The company provides support for obtaining RBT certification and emphasizes a collaborative, fun, and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Completed High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Direct 1:1 naturalistic play based therapy within a clinic-based environment
• Communicating regularly and professionally with your BCBA Supervisors
• Following Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) written and tailored to each patient
• Daily positive engagement with families
• Tracking patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting daily clinical documentation
• Supporting with daily living skills such as toileting and feeding
