Centria is seeking enthusiastic, Spanish-speaking Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism in a center-based setting. The role involves working one-on-one with children and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Behavior Technicians use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Candidates should be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well with a team. Comprehensive training is provided, so prior experience is not required. Children may be unpredictable and potentially confrontational, and the role involves substantial movement and physical activity, including the possibility of lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The position offers a structured career path in behavioral analysis and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children and their families.
