The Behavior Technician (“BT”) position will be responsible for providing positive, compassionate, supportive services to people with complex behavioral, developmental, and/or mental health needs in an individual or group home setting, in a 1:1 or 2:1 staffing ratio, determined by the individual’s care plan. The individuals served may be minors (under 18 years of age) or adults. We currently have one morning rotation with 14 hours scheduled every two weeks; one afternoon rotation with 14 hours scheduled every two weeks; and one overnight rotation with 70 hours scheduled every two weeks.
