About The Position

You will also be responsible for tracking progress and client performance, and supporting families. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED completed
6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
Willingness to pass background and health checks
Successful completion of mandatory training which includes: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps. You will also need to pass an exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos

Nice To Haves

Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr.
earn an additional $0.50 an hour upon completion of RBT certification.
