About The Position

At BTA, we are dedicated to helping children reach their full potential through personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our clinical team creates individualized treatment programs that support children in developing motor, social, cognitive, and communication skills, empowering them and their families to thrive in everyday life.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance under your name and reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and working on the floor throughout the day
  • Able to stay active and engaged while working with young children
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 years using play-based ABA therapy
  • Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data
  • Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities
  • Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals
