About The Position

Behavior Technician (BT) – Paid Training + Growth Opportunities. Looking for a meaningful job where you can grow? Join a supportive team where you’ll make a real impact in children’s lives—no ABA experience required, we’ll train you. Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents. Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills. Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA. Track progress and document session notes. Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team. No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You’ll learn evidence-based strategies that make a real difference in children’s development.

Requirements

• Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals
• Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius
• Afternoon availability (after school hours)
• At least 4 days per week
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Pass a criminal background check and TB test and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if providing in-home services.

Nice To Haves

• ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!
