Powerback is seeking a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to improve the lives of children with autism. This role involves an intense 40-hour paid training program to learn and implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (RBT) will use ABA techniques to encourage, support, and challenge children to reach new milestones through skill acquisition and behavior modification. Powerback is a leader in physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies, helping older adults stay active and thrive, and providing essential therapy for children at home and in school.
