Behavior Technician – ABA / Autism
About The Position
Developmental Pathways, Inc. has been delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for over 18 years, with a mission to help children thrive and support families with heart and expertise. They are seeking a candidate who speaks Spanish and has CPI training to join their team. This role involves providing 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities, implementing personalized behavior plans, collecting data, supporting skill development, and empowering families through training and compassion, all under the guidance of a BCBA.
Requirements
- Must speak Spanish.
- Must have CPI training.
