As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one‑on‑one with young children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through play‑based, relationship‑focused activities. No prior experience is required! We provide paid, comprehensive training and ongoing support from a collaborative clinical team. This role involves providing 1:1, play-based behavioral support to young children (ages 18 months to 5 years), working with 2–3 clients per week, with 2–3 sessions per week per client. You will follow individualized treatment plans focused on skill development and positive behavior, accurately document session progress using company‑provided technology, and communicate regularly with supervisors, teammates, and families. You will work independently during sessions while being supported by a clinical team.
