About The Position
Bounce ABA Therapy is seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technicians to join their team for in-home clients. The role involves delivering high-quality, in-home ABA services and creating a meaningful impact through individualized, evidence-based interventions tailored to each child and family. Requirements
- Prior ABA Therapy experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Availability during after-school hours
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
- Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
- Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines
