The University of Washington Autism Center (UWAC) has multiple outstanding opportunities for a Behavior Technician to join their team. Reporting to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician is responsible for delivering direct, individualized intervention services to young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a clinic-based setting. This role supports the implementation of evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans, contributes to skill development and behavior improvement, and plays a vital role in supporting children and families while maintaining UW Autism Center clinical standards and practices. This position is located at the UW Seattle Campus. Employees MUST be available during ABA Day Program hours – 8:30-11:30 and 1:30-4:30 Monday-Thursday Tuesday- Friday. Employees are also required to be available for work on Fridays if necessary, for up to half of a regular shift. Schedule can be up to 40 hours – (Tuesdays-Fridays 8:00-6:30e.g., Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:30, Friday 8:00-12:00) but is negotiable based on clinic need and applicant availability. Hours may be subject to change based on client need, clinic needs, or schedule scheduling needs.
