Requirements

60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.
Ages 21+
Possess a car with a license and insurance.

Responsibilities

Play (work) 1:1 with kids ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, bringing lesson plans to life.
Track progress, celebrate wins, and capture details that make the session meaningful by taking notes.
Coach caregivers on how to implement ABA strategies into everyday moments.
