About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a client in the Winston-Salem area. This is an active, hands-on role requiring both clinical skill and physical capability. The right candidate will be patient, consistent, and confident working with a child who benefits from clear structure and positive reinforcement.

Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of safely redirecting or carrying the client when transitioning between environments.
• Ability to physically assist with safe environment changes is essential to this role.
• Comfortable with in-home services and reinforcement-based programming.
• Ability to remain calm, consistent, and energetic across a full session.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1–2 years of direct ABA experience as a BT or RBT (RBT certification preferred)
• Experience with elopement protocols and safe physical redirection
• Experience working on flexibility and transition goals

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a client in the Winston-Salem area.
• Safely redirect or carry the client when transitioning between environments.
• Support gradual community generalization over time.
