About The Position

Entry-Level Behavior Technician / RBT
Center-Based | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 30+ Hours/Week
Autism 360 is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians who want to build a meaningful career in ABA. If you enjoy working with children, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit.

About the Role
You will work one-on-one with children in a center-based ABA setting, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data electronically, and collaborate with your BCBA and team throughout the day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in working with children and learning ABA therapy.
• Strong communication skills and a team mindset.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass required screenings.
• Ability to stay active during sessions, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
