About The Position

Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is looking for a dedicated and passionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Randolph, NJ! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals through evidence-based ABA therapy. This position involves working with a 4-year-old boy, with sessions split between a preschool in Morris Plains and the client's home in Randolph.

Requirements

• Prior ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience is required
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Strong data collection and documentation skills
• Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a team-oriented mindset
• Must be located in or able to commute to Randolph, NJ

Nice To Haves

• RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect accurate behavioral data and document session progress consistently
• Work 1:1 with clients to target skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
• Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured therapeutic environment
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
