About The Position

Orchid Academy is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–10 in a fun, play-based, in-clinic environment. The role supports children’s communication, social, and life skills through learning and engagement, celebrates their progress, tracks growth and goals using technology, and works closely with a supportive clinical team. Orchid offers paid training, hands-on support, and a growth path toward BCBA. The current schedule is part-time, Monday through Friday, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.; hours may increase as needed. The position is located in Issaquah, Washington, and local candidates are preferred.

Requirements

• Experience working with children.
• Be reliable, coachable, and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• RBT or CBT certification.
• ABA experience.
• A degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
