About The Position
Start a fulfilling journey at Autism Learning Partners, supporting children and teens with autism. Build your career while making a positive impact every day! This is a part-time role with up to 30 hours per week, requiring availability Monday through Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. Services are primarily provided in client's homes, with some sessions held in local centers. Daily pay access is available. Arabic fluency is required and earns an additional $0.50/hr.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and 12+ months of experience with kids OR Associate's degree or higher in a related field and 6+ months of experience with kids
- Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
- Willingness to pass background and health checks
- Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
- Arabic fluency is required.
- A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
Responsibilities
- Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions — often through fun games or activities.
- Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day.
- Be moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions.
- Track what you worked on and how your kiddo did.
- Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope.
