About The Position

The Behavior Technician provides one-to-one support to children and adolescents in home or clinic settings. Using play-based activities, the technician teaches communication, behavior, and life skills, follows behavior plans designed by a BCBA, tracks progress, documents session notes, and communicates with supervisors and the scheduling team. No ABA experience is required; hands-on paid training and ongoing support are provided, including support toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role offers a supportive, team-oriented environment and opportunities for career growth and promotion.

Requirements

• Be patient, reliable, and compassionate.
• Enjoy working with children and being active and engaging.
• Have strong communication and time-management skills.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius.
• Be available after school hours at least four days per week.
• Spanish-speaking ability is sought.

Nice To Haves

• ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but is not required.
