North Arrow is seeking a Behavior Technician for Cadillac. This role involves providing treatment to children diagnosed with autism, both in clinical centers and in client homes and the community. No prior experience is necessary as all training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is provided, including a scholarship that covers 100% of necessary training costs. Successful candidates will become Michigan-licensed RBTs within 3-6 months and have the potential for growth into salaried and leadership roles.
