About The Position

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, utilizing ABA therapy and play to foster communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive paid training is provided. This role offers ongoing support from a collaborative team and significant opportunities for both professional and personal growth. Requirements

  • At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Obtain and maintain an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential prior to working with clients in states requiring RBT certification (Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina)
  • Obtain an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within 90 days of hire in Northern California, Maryland, New Mexico, Virginia
  • Obtain an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential for candidates without a bachelor’s degree in Massachusetts, New Hampshire

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children learn, grow, and gain independence
  • Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a supportive team aligned with Sparks' values
  • Build a strong foundation for careers in behavior analysis and related fields
