About The Position

At Autism Learning Partners and Children’s Learning Connection, we work with children with autism to help them grow, learn, and thrive through play-based teaching. We provide full, paid training — no prior experience in ABA needed! This role involves teaching children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions, often through fun games or activities. You will be a positive role model, encouraging progress and celebrating small victories. The role requires you to stay active, track progress, and support families as part of a team.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)
6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
Willingness to pass background and health checks
Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos

Nice To Haves

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish/Vietnamese)
