This ad is for a part-time Behavior Technician at our ABA Clinic in Chesaning. This part-time position could turn into a full-time position depending on need. Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (BT) will work one on one with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Implement treatment plan goals and follow behavior protocols.
- Collect data on skill acquisition as well as behavior reduction, and write detailed notes at the end of each session.
- Assist with toileting and meal preparation for each client.
- May also be asked to lead small group sessions and assist with material preparation.
