Requirements

• 6+ months of paid or volunteer experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, church/youth groups, etc.).

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

• Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions — often through fun games or activities.
• Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day.
• Be moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions.
• Track what you worked on and how your kiddo did (we’ll train you on this too).
• Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope.
