About The Position

BTA is growing and looking for passionate individuals to join their team across the Contra Costa region, CA. They are currently hiring both Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. This is a part-time position with bonus opportunities, offering competitive pay and a chance to make a real impact in the lives of children with autism.

Requirements

• Own reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Active car insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates welcome
• No experience necessary, paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Work in a compassionate, trauma-informed environment.
• Help children with autism thrive and reach their full potential.

Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $25 - $28 per hour
• Incredible Bonuses: +$10/hr for weekend sessions (Saturdays). +$5/hr for Monday–Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later.
