About The Position

Lasting Behavioral Solutions (LBS) is looking for passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team! As a BT at LBS, you’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism. You’ll play a key role in helping children build communication, social, and adaptive skills — all while making a real impact in a supportive and nurturing environment. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older (required)
High School Diploma (required)
Reliable transportation, active car insurance, active driver’s license (required)
Ability to pass background checks (DOJ/FBI, Child Abuse Index) (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in college courses (preferred)
Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to refine intervention strategies.
Create and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during sessions.
Communicate effectively with families to ensure consistency and progress.
Follow ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
