Behavior Technician (Bachelor's Degree Required)

You will be paid your full rate during training because we value your time and learning.
Requirements
- 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.

Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, implementing lesson plans.
- Track progress, celebrate wins, and document session details.
- Coach caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in everyday moments.
- Work 1:1 with children with developmental delays and/or autism.
- Work in the community and inside client homes or schools.
- Drive to and from client homes in various areas around the designated region with the employee's own vehicle.
- Use a Company issued iPad for data collection.
