Requirements

  • 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.
  • Ages 21+
  • Possess a car with a valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, implementing lesson plans.
  • Track progress, celebrate wins, and document session details.
  • Coach caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in everyday moments.
  • Work 1:1 with children with developmental delays and/or autism.
  • Work in the community and inside client homes or schools.
  • Drive to and from client homes in various areas around the designated region with the employee's own vehicle.
  • Use a Company issued iPad for data collection.
