About The Position
Double Care ABA is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 support during in-home ABA therapy sessions for a 2-year-old client. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule, supportive training, and serves as a great entry point into the ABA/psychology field. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and is looking for part-time work.

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Experience with data collection
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support during home sessions
- Follow structured behavior plans
- Track and record basic session data
- Build a positive relationship with the child and family
